1. Dal Chawal

How to make soybean curry

1. First of all you can take soybeans as per your requirement as you want to eat.

2, Then add water in a bowl and boil all the soybeans.

3. When the soybean is boiled, squeeze it well drain out all the water, and then keep it in a bowl.

4. Then put two spoons of oil in a pan and fry all the soybeans until they become golden brown.

5. Whenever it is fried properly, take it out and keep it on the side. Then use it. Add half a cup of curd, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp garam masala, and half tsp black pepper powder in the roasted soybean.

6. 4 to 5 pinches of turmeric, and 1 teaspoon of vegetable masala, mix all the ingredients well,l and keep it on the side of the plate.

7. Then put 3 teaspoons of oil in a pan, add 1/2 cumin seeds, and 2 bay leaves, and fry them on flame.

8. Then chop a big onion and a big tomato and grind them in the grinder.

9. After grinding, add the ground onion in the same pan and fry it for 1 minute. Then after frying, add the ground tomato and add salt as per taste. Fry everything well for 2 to 3 minutes.

10. Then add the soybean mixture in it and let the soybean with all the masala wait for 10 minutes.

11. Make sure that the masala is cooked well, then add two cups of water to it and wait till it boils, let it boil for 5 minutes.

12. After that you can keep soybean tari as per your requirement, as much tari as you want.

3. Ghee rice

1. First of all take a cup of rice, wash it, and keep it soaked in water for 20 minutes.

2. Then put 2 teaspoons of ghee in the cooker, add 15 raisins and 15 cashews fry them all till they turn golden brown, and then take them out and keep them in a plate.

3. Then in the same pan add one tsp oil and fry one big chopped onion in it till it becomes golden brown and keep it aside in a plate.

4. Then add half a teaspoon of ghee in the same pan, add 1 bay leaf, 4 cloves, 1 cinnamon, 3 cardamom, 1 chopped black pepper, and fry them all for 1 minute.

5. Then put soaked rice in it and fry it for four to five minutes.

6. Pour 1 cup water into the cooker add half a teaspoon of salt and mix it.

7. Cook with full force from 1 to 2 whistle.

8. Garnish with fried raisins, cashews, fresh onions, and coriander leaves.

How to make Ragi roti

1. To make Ragi Roti, take a cup of water in a vessel add a teaspoon of oil, and add a little salt.

2. Add one cup of ragi flour turn off the gas and start mixing it with a spoon.

3. Mix everything well. If the dough is a little dry then add one or two spoons of water.

4. Take out the dough and knead it well on a rolling board until it becomes soft.

5. Divide the dough into some portions and keep it covered.

6. Roll it in a round shape like a roti. If it is sticking then apply a little flour on top.

7. When you have rolled out the roti, then heat it on the gas place the roti on it cook it well for 35 seconds, and cook it till it puffs up.

2. Then make small cuts in the middle of all the ladyfingers with a knife, so that the masala gets mixed well in your ladyfingers.

3. Then put two spoons of oil in a pan and fry all the ladyfingers a little in the pan. Once fried, take them out.

4. After frying everything, add 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1 coriander powder, and 1/2 salt, and fry all the spices well for 10 minutes.

5. Add one cup of water and fry all the spices in water. Then add fried ladyfinger mix it with all the spices and cook for 5 minutes.
