1) Chhole Recipe

How to make kadhi Pakora

- Heat 2 to 3 tbsp oil in a pan. Add 2 bay leaves and half tsp cumin seeds.
- When the seeds begin to sizzle, add onion and saute on medium heat until deep golden for 4 to 5 minutes, and add ginger garlic paste.
- Saute for 30 to 60 seconds
- pour the pureed tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes.
- Spices add, ¼ turmeric, ½ to Kashmiri red chili powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, and ½ tsp salt

- Mix well and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
4) Namkeen Chawal

How to make Namkeen chawal
- Add 1 cup aged basmati rice to a bowl and rinse well for a few minutes until the water clears. Soak it for 30 minutes.
- Heat the cooker with 2 tbsp oil. and add 1 bay leaf, cumin seeds, green chili
- Add 1 sliced onion. On medium heat, the onions turn deep golden.
